You will love relaxing at our waterfront home on the bank of the Rideau River! 

Our spacious home has 3.5 baths and 5 bedrooms, each with a smart tv, and can comfortably sleep a *max 7 adults and 8 children.* 

Our lodge boasts a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. 

Watch a movie on the 82" TV, play ping pong, bumper pool, shuffleboard or billiards in the games room! 

Swim in the large, outdoor in-ground pool, use the provided kayaks and paddle boat to explore the river, have a campfire and soak in the hot tub. 

**Requests to bring more than 7 adult guests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur additional fees - please inquire** 

Newly renovated Rideau Rapids Lodge, is conveniently located at only an 8 minute drive to the many amenities of Kemptville and a 10 minute drive to historic Merrickville, Canada's most beautiful village and popular tourist destination. The lodge is only a 30 minute drive to Canada's capital city of Ottawa with its many attractions!

**Summer 2023 Additions: A Brand new dock boasting 32' length out into the river and a 8'x16' seating area!

* This property operates on a well and septic system. Only toilet paper can be flushed. Avoid system damage or clogs that may result in the guest being charged up to $20,000 for repairs. 

* After a snowfall, you may be asked to move your cars for the snow plow to clean the driveway. 

* The pool is cleaned every Friday - you may be asked to not use the pool for a short time to allow the chemicals to do their job and ensure your safety. 

Upon arrival, you will find an initial START UP of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are: 

• 1 x roll of paper towel 
• 1 x dish towel
• 1 x dish cloth
• 3x dishwasher tablets
• 1 x trash bag per bin
• 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
• 1 x small hand soap in each bathroom
• 1x mini shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each full bathroom 
• 1 x hand towel per bathroom

• 1 x bath towel and cloth per guest

• For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 13km (Independent, Food Basics, Walmart, Giant Tiger, Shoppers, etc.) 

* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The water is safe to drink.
